Pub Culture Beercations started in 2018 with our first tour ever - Going Dutch: Exploring Beer of the Netherlands - in Amsterdam, so it is only fitting our first US tour would be in the city once called 'New Amsterdam', with boroughs named after Dutch cities like 'Haarlem' and 'Breukelen' - that's right, New York City!Our Big Apple Beercation will spend 3-nights in Manhattan and 2-nights in Brooklyn, we will explore one of America's most famous cities - and discover The Big Apple's place in American Beer History!Learn about some secret history of the city while enjoying some of NYC's famous foods on our NYC Historic Beer's &amp; Bites tour, have a evening free to explore the night life, or maybe take in a Broadway show, you will have a free day to visit some of New York's world-class museums, plus we will be taking the Staten Island Ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island... and that's just in the first 3-days!The 2nd half of our Big Apple Beercation we will focus on Brooklyn - one of America's earliest beer towns! - and the many breweries once again calling this former brewing hot spot home!

Founded in March of 2018, by avid beer-traveler Chris Bettini, Pub Culture Beercations provides beer focused travel at prices well below our competitors, with semi-all inclusive tours visiting some of the beery best destinations around!

Now in our 7th year, and after over almost 250 different beercationers have joined our tours, we have added two additional  beercation guides and increased the number of beercations available each year for you to join us as we continue to explore the world one pint at a time!

• The price per person for Pub Culture Beercations’  “Big Apple Beercation” November 15-20, 2026, for a total of 5-nights in New York City is $2489.00 ($498/day) based on double occupancy.   •  Save $180.00 with the Early Bird Price of $2309.00 ($462/day) if paid in full by Friday, May 15, 2026.   • When committing to the Pub Culture Beercations’  “Big Apple Beercation” November 15-20, 2026, a $300.00 deposit per person is required to hold reservations for hotels, bus, and other scheduled events.  • Your deposit will be applied towards your total trip cost.(Deposit is 100% refundable until July 17, 2026. After July 17th deposit is only refundable if your spot on the trip is filled by another participant or tour is cancelled by Pub Culture Beercations.) • To receive the Early Bird Discount your remaining trip balance is due no later than Friday, May 15, 2026.  Full price balances are due no later than Friday, August 14, 2026. About this trip

When I first discovered craft beer (and specifically Belgian beer) well over a decade ago, Chris was quite literally its ambassador. He was a Gulden Drak brewery ambassador, taught "Beer School", had connections to many well-known brewers, and regularly made pilgrimages to Europe to feed his passion for beer culture. His impressive knowledge of history, beer, culture, and brewing makes him a natural tour guide. If you enjoy eating, drinking, traveling, and learning about how our beer has shaped the world around us I strongly recommend traveling with Chris and the Pub Culture team.

This trip was so much more than pubs. Chris curated an amazing trip that allowed time to experience and explore as well as enjoy Ireland to the fullest.
